The interview process will be in two stages:
Stage 1 – Lesson observation (In candidates own school for current practitioners and at St John Fisher for NQT’s.

For Teachers currently working in a school a request will be made to observe a Literacy and Numeracy lesson in their class on the afternoon of Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th May 2012. NQT’s will be observed delivering a Literacy Yr 5 and a Numeracy Yr2 lesson at St John Fisher on Friday 18th May 2012.

If successful the candidate will move to stage 2.

Stage 2 – Formal interviews will be held on Monday 21st May 2012
