Summary of latest position:
The DfE have now posted some interim guidance on the DfE website regarding pre-interview health questions on application forms: http://www.education.gov.uk .
In the light of the, now published guidance, the CESEW has removed the section concerning medical history from its standard application forms. Our updated forms are available on the CESEW website.
The DfE has said that the Department will be issuing further guidance on this issue in due course.
